Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Defiance is the story of Rosa Park's bus ride. She sits dignified looking beyond the cityscape. A young Caucasian teenager sits across from her in defiance of Rosa's position taken, seating in the white section of the bus. This painting is in the permanent collection of The National Center for the Study of Civil Rights and African-American Culture at Alabama State UniversityAlabama African American Museum in Montgomery, Alabama. This painting was acquired in 2011 by ASU.
