Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Okefenokee swamp inspired this painting; a wet swamp stretching alone Georgia and Florida. In the fall it has a special beauty with dark water broken white limbs with golden and sandy sparks from the sun. It is one of the seven natural wonders in Georgia. This painting was part of a traveling exhibition curated by the artist (Blood) in India. The exhibition title is "Negritude" by NAAHBCU. Artists displayed in museums and galleries across India for two years. Negritude was exhibited in Kerala; Varanasi; Kolkata; Shantiniketan; Goa; and Udaipur.
